Return and Refund Policy

 Bookings from your website.

Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. 

Telephone booking require a Booking fee of £25.00 to secure, this is none refundable if cancelled at any time.

If a change of date in the booking is required then any Booking charges & deposits will be transferred over to new date.
